A Relentless Advocate for the Injured
When you’re injured-whether in a car wreck, at work, or due to someone else’s negligence-you need an attorney who knows the law, the system, and how to fight. Jack M. Bailey, III has built his career doing just that: forcing insurance companies, big corporations, and institutions to pay what they owe instead of pocketing your money and turning their backs on you.
Jack represents people – not big businesses. When hardworking people get hurt, the hardest part is when it feels like no one is listening. Hurt people deserve to have their stories heard, not buried under red tape. That’s why Jack makes sure every client’s story is told – and told right.
Results-Driven
Jack has artfully handled cases ranging from a few thousand dollars to seven-figure settlements. He’s represented clients in state and federal courts, argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeal, and fought against powerful insurance companies and corporate defendants.
One of his specialties is third-party workplace injury cases—situations where someone gets hurt on the job, but the responsible party isn’t their employer. When an injured worker has multiple claims against multiple defendants, having a single legal team that can handle everything can make all the difference.
He has successfully represented clients in cases involving:
His meticulous approach to legal arguments has earned him quite a reputation. Angry defense attorneys have called his arguments “hyper-technical.” Even the Second Circuit Court of Appeal used the term in a written opinion in one of Jack’s cases. To Jack, it is a badge of honor – insurance companies and big business love to protect their profits with the “fine print” – Jack takes pride in making sure the law still works to hold them accountable.
